Position Summary LOCATION: Acheson, AB STRUCTURE: Potential for hybrid work model (2 days remote work/week) REPORTING TO: Human Resources Business Partner, Canadian Road Builders POSITION TERM: Parental Leave Cover, 12 Month Contract BENEFITS: Pension, comprehensive benefits, health spending account, annual bonus, employee discount program with national retailers POSITION SUMMARY: As HR Generalist you will play a key role in upholding the presence of HR within the company. Supporting management the Human Resource Generalist will engage in a wide array of human resource activities, including, but not limited to recruitment and onboarding, benefits and disability management, training and employee development, workplace investigations, workplace policy guide, performance management, and general workplace reporting. The Human Resource Generalist will act as a primary point of contact for field and non-field employees within the Divisions under their assignment. The ideal candidate has varied HR experience in employee relations, building relationships with various stakeholders and labour relations experience. We are seeking a candidate that is flexible and analytical, with excellent attention to detail and a passion for collaborating with diverse teams.
