What are we looking for? We are looking to expand our team in Bristol with an exceptional senior recruitment consultant. If you have a passion for people and doing a job well, whilst being rewarded for it, then you are the right person for us. What is the job? Youll join a team of fantastic consultants and specialise in the Reg Tech sector, often seen as a subset of Fintech, we believe its a really exciting market and every day is different, Youll be given all the tools to succeed in your role and flourish with a team of like-minded, service-driven individuals. Youll be writing job adverts from customer briefs that youve taken, sourcing and screening candidates, compiling shortlists, arranging interviews and providing feedback alongside writing offers and handling the onboarding process with customers. Your skills: Previous experience within recruitment An excellent communicator Problem-solving ability Great organisational skills A team player Computer-literate The ability to be office-based Bonus: Experience within the IT/Tech sector would be advantageous What we offer: Up to £30,000 dependant on experience 25% uncapped commission Additional bonuses 24 days annual leave, plus public holidays, plus your birthday off Duvet days Trips abroad Monthly and quarterly clubs for excellent performance Free parking onsite Free gym membership, plus additional time to go on your lunch break if wanted Please note: Talent Chief is a recruitment agency acting on behalf of another recruitment agency.
