Head Chef – Daytime Only – 40k North London Job Role: Head Chef Salary: 40,000Hours: Flexible, 40-48 contracted Paid Overtime: Yes Food Style: Brunch and casual diner style Restaurant Size: 50-60 covers with PDR and events Location: St Johns Nearest Transport: St Johns Wood This is a great role for a Head chef to work with local suppliers in this popular restaurant in north London, featuring a restaurant, 2 floors, event spaces and private dining. They need a Head chef to join the team or 6 chefs. The head chef role will require you do run all sections, help train junior staff and assist the f&b manager in weekly food reporting. They offer lots of training so a great place to learn for an ambitions head chef. All the ingredients are fresh and the menu is seasonal and American inspired. We are looking for a head chef who can create seasonal dishes, manage a small team and work well with a new project. This would suit a head chef with a stable background, knowledge of seasonal food. Pub, restaurant, or brunch experience would be a plus.
