Job Title: RQ05849 - UX Designer – Senior Client : Ministry of Northern Development, Mines, Natural Resources and Forestry Work Location: 40 ST Clair Avenue West Floor 11, Toronto, Ontario , Hybrid Estimated Start Date: Estimated End Date: #Business Days: 112.00 Extension: 39.00 Hours per day or Week: 7.25 hours per day Security Level: No Clearance Required Description Responsibilities: Lead and co-ordinate service design to identify the current state and propose opportunities for service improvement in integrated service delivery solutions, business processes and methods in the context of existing and anticipated business needs, technology needs and best practices Utilizing qualitative and quantitative methods, conduct research of user behaviours, digital needs and motivations Design the user research plan with clear objectives, targeting users based on their needs and challenges Lead the user outreach plan to ensure timely user engagement and consultation Write user research engagement and recruitment plan Write user interview guides Conduct user interview and workshops for different user groups Create User Research Report synthesizing users’ needs, findings, trends, patterns, insights, problems, opportunities, etc. Create Validated and clear Problem Statement from Users’ perspective Create a plan to continue research in future phases such.
