You will be working in the Wigan area as a Works Delivery Manager. Job – Works Delivery Manager Pay – £42,000- £48,000 Start – ASAP Responsibilities Include but not limited too: The Works Delivery Manager will be responsible for the management of multiple rail related infrastructure contracts to required criteria, including planned and reactive works. You will be proficient in the requisition of major items of temporary and permanent works materials, sub-contractors, plant and equipment necessary to achieve the contract delivery. You will also need to have an excellent understanding of design drawings and a commercial awareness of cost monitoring and cost value reconciliation. You will review completed works with the Site Supervisor, ensuring all works are completed and that all project documentation is present and correct. Requirements Essential: HNC/HND at Level 4/5 in Construction or proven industry experience Proven experience of working on the Railway Railway Safety Training PTS/ COSSSMSTS Desirable: Experience of Cost Monitoring SSOW planning Strong problem solving skills and a proactive nature The confidence to act on initiative and communicate effectively Package £42,000 – £48,000 Per Annum A collaborative and friendly working culture Up to 25 days holiday + Statutory Bank Holidays Company Sick Pay Training & Development opportunities Paid Volunteer Days Annual Flu Jabs Employee Assistance Programmes for advice and counselling Company Pension and Death in Service scheme A generous Employee Referral scheme.
