The Role: Head of Sales Sector: Property – Residential Portfolio Location: Manchester with travel Salary: £50K - £60K DOE What you need and what you will do: We are looking for a Head of Sales who is confident in managing customer facing teams whilst driving occupancy levels and residency satisfaction. Our client provides amazing quality affordable homes and social housing with tonnes of growth within the business. All about you You will have extensive experience as a regional lettings manager or similar senior managerial level within the lettings industry, focusing on driving sales performance. Commercially minded, proactive and strong leadership skills are a must. Knowledge in legal obligations and industry best practice is essential. Previously coached a team to achieve excellence in sales related performance.
