Job Roles and Responsibilities The successful candidate will assume the CEO-Chief Executive Officer position in the company andbe responsible in the establishment and the growth of the business with aggressive expansionplans by using the company resources effectively. The successful candidate should both have managerial skills and experience in company’s area ofexpertise. Duties- Strategic Management of company resources in line with the investment plans of thecompany. - Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement company policies andprograms; establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approvepromotional campaigns; and approve overall personnel planning- Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff- Coordinate the work of managers of divisions or departments - Create a network of business partners to support business collaboration- Establish objectives for the company and formulate or approve policies and programs- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staffpositions- Represent the company, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the company, innegotiations.
