Job Function: Review settlement supporting functions regarding customers and generators. Set up customers and generators for wholesale settlements or retail billings and embedded generator payments using totalization tables and other systems and databases as required. Implement and maintain customer account/meter data relationship in the load data management database. Respond to customer inquiries regarding contract process, billing and payment matters and other Hydro One’s initiatives and customer requests to modify existing accounts and services. Job Description: 1. Review the setup or revision of wholesale settlements or retail billings or generator payments for customers and generators. Prepare IESO energy/transmission totalization tables associated with wholesale settlements. Prepare retail totalization tables for retail billing and generation payments. Review the setup of settlements information in other systems and databases. 2. Coordinate with IESO, external MSPs and internally with Engineering & Construction Services regarding the submission of transmission tariff list, wholesale totalization tables and required IESO forms and documents. Coordinate with Meter Data Services and Business Customer Centre to gain acceptance of new proposals consistent with guidelines set out by the regulator or to solve legacy problems.
