Closing Date: September 8, 2023 Reporting to the Water Monitoring and Evaluation Leader, the Senior Human Health Risk backssor (known at Teck as the Senior Lead, Human Health) is responsible for human health monitoring programs and backssment studies to support operations, permitting, compliance and risk mitigation in the areas of influence. This including, data collection in coordination with other monitoring programs, interpretation, and reporting. To be successful, we are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who can influence and build consensus with teams across all levels and proficiencies of the organization; a highly organized individual with skilled design, problem solving, time management, and decision-making abilities. The ability to effectively manage ambiguity in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is vital. This is an exciting opportunity to support the development and implementation of environmental compliance corrective action Plans in response to the results from the monitoring and backssment programs. You will make your mark leading the human health backssment and communicating the results of the backssment to both internal and external stakeholders.
