Job duties: Prepare and Maintain the legal documents related to the company and clients. Ensure the documents have been maintained and made following the legal procedure by reviewing and proofreading. Schedule and confirm appointments. Set up and maintain filing systems of the documents and utilize knowledge of legal documents and procedures. Coordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments or organizations Determine and establish office procedures and routines on the daily basis. May supervise and train other staff in procedures and in the use of current software Perform other general office work as required including preparing financial statements. Job Requirements: Completion of secondary school is required. Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for secretaries or legal secretaries is usually required. 1-2 years of experience in related field is required. Terms of Employment: Wage: $35.00 per hour for 40 hours a week. Overtime starts after 40 hours a week. Type of position: Full time, Permanent. Language: English Location of Employment: 110 Hwy 33 W Kelowna, BC, Canada V1X 1X7Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail, tight deadlines, work under pressure.
