Workshop Controller / Workshop Supervisor / Workshop Foreman/ VMU Workshop Manager/ Engineering Manager: - Supervising and motivating a team of Technicians and proactively reviewing daily workload to seek opportunities that will help drive performance. - Generating quotes for new and existing business. - Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by implementing quality checks, resolving any issues, and re-assuring customers by providing all necessary information and advice. - Maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers - Providing technical information for Technicians during repair operations - Validating suppliers invoices. - Complying with Health & Safety regulations and ensuring high standards of housekeeping and security are achieved and maintained within the workshop and surrounding areas - Compliance and adherence to current legislation. Requirements for Workshop Controller / Workshop Supervisor / Workshop Foreman/ VMU Workshop Manager/ Engineering Manager: - Previous experience as an Workshop Controller / Workshop Supervisor / Workshop Foreman/ VMU Workshop Manager/ Engineering Manager is beneficial but NOT essential - Must have a technical background.
