OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE Alstom Services platform offers a wide range of business solutions for Rolling Stocks (train, metro, tramway…), Signalling and Infrastructure products: maintenance, modernization, technical support and parts services. Several solutions are being implemented to optimize Alstom Service business processes and provide services to customers: maintenance management system, service execution system, maintenance documentation, dashboards, e Commerce for spare parts, customer web portal, e Logbook, maintenance planning optimization… based on technologies such as SAP, Salesforce, Apriso, Anaplan, Arbortext, Qlik Sense, Maximo a. s. o The IS&T (Information System & Technology) Service team supports the maintenance business on several processes: warranty, maintenance and service execution. One major role of the team is to design, deliver and support Maintenance Management System based on Maximo technology to Alstom projects worldwide. The Maximo functional expert role is to design functional solutions based on requirements from the business and ensure those are aligned with Alstom Maximo core model rules. He / She will need to interact with internal and external stakeholders in order to respond to our increased number of MMS deployments. RESPONSIBILITIES As a Maximo functional expert , you are in charge of: Contribute to improvement of Alstom Maximo Core Model Support BPO’s in the requirements gathering phase Analyze the business requirements to convert.
