Bonchaz Bakery is seeking an experienced Baker to join the team. This position is permanent, full-time; 40 hours per week; $24.00 per hour. Duties: - Prepare dough for bread and rolls according to recipes; - Bake mixed doughs and batters; - Draw up production schedule to determine type and quantity of goods to produce; - Order baking supplies; organize and maintain inventory; - Ensure quality of products meets established standards; Requirements: - Completion of a secondary school is required; - Minimum 2 years of previous experience as a Baker; - Have or be willing to obtain a Foodsafe Level 1 certificate; - English language ability is required.
