The Role Key purpose of the role is to manage a caseload of technical projects or inspections and lead on organising all stages of scheme design and contract documentation. Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: site visits to determine extent and scope of work. Auto CAD work to produce general arrangement drawings etc. Completing site specific risk backssments Organising TTRO’s, diversion routes, permits. Production of Bills of Quantities The below skills would be beneficial for the role: sound knowledge of DMRB, MCHW and NEC 3 & 4 contracts. The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £52 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
