As a Site Engineer specializing in Earthworks and Concrete Structures, you will play a pivotal role in translating project designs into reality. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of earthworks and concrete construction, aligning with our unwavering commitment to quality, safety, and sustainability. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with project managers and design teams to understand project requirements and translate them into detailed engineering plans for earthworks and concrete structures. Execute day: to: day site activities, overseeing construction teams, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure precise implementation of plans and adherence to quality standards. Prioritize health, safety, and environmental considerations, implementing stringent protocols and fostering a safety: first culture among on: site personnel. Apply your analytical skills to identify and address technical challenges, proposing timely solutions to maintain project progress. Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment necessary for earthworks and concrete construction activities. Work in close coordination with design and engineering teams to ensure construction compliance with design specifications and industry standards. Provide regular updates to senior management, reporting on progress, achievements, and any encountered hurdles. Qualifications and Experience: A Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience). A minimum of 1 years of experience as a Site Engineer, demonstrating.
