Our client is one of the leading bicycle retailers with a strong online presence and a well: equipped bicycle repair workshop. As a Bicycle Mechanic, youll play a pivotal role in driving store performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the success of their well: established Derby store. Responsibilities: Carry out repairs and servicing on various bike types and assemble bikes for inventory Perform Pre: Delivery Inspections for new and outgoing bikes Package bikes for online sales Requirements: Previous experience working as a Bicycle Builder, Bike Mechanic, Bike Technician, Bicycle Mechanic, Cycle Mechanic Passion for bicycle building and cycle repairs Strong problem: solving skills Proven mechanical aptitude Desire to provide exceptional customer service Benefits: Substantial staff discount Pension scheme Cycle2Work scheme Opportunity to become a full Cytech mechanic through a funded apprenticeship Seize the opportunity to be a pivotal part of their cycling community, propelling riders passion and driving their success.
