We are currently looking for multiple Surface A&D Analyst for term contracts starting in September an office environment with a hybrid work environment available. Do you consider yourself an expert in the disciplines of surface or contracts acquisition and divestiture (A&D) administration? Do you have prior experience working on A&D projects from inception to completion? If you have what we are looking for we currently have an opportunity for Land Consultants at all levels, to work with several of our clients. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Work within a diverse team and within tight deadlines to complete A&D transactions in the province of Alberta Analyze and prepare surface assignment documentation relating to acquisitions and divestitures Analyze, review and input relevant surface land data into the Alberta ETS system Review and complete surface freehold lease obligations as required, including caveats Input wells, facilities and pipelines into the DDS system and review for accuracy Analyze and draft freehold owner notifications Update the A&D tracker as required QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years of surface A&D experience Knowledge of applicable acts, guides and regulations is preferred Good organizational, writing skills and strong attention to detail Ability to schedule time and prioritize Good interpersonal skills and communication on and off the telephone Experience with windows software, Adobe, word and excel is preferred Experience with CS Explorer, DDS, ETS and SPIN2 required Land Solutions is actively engaged in all areas of land access,.
