ROLE: Civil Lawyer LOCATION: London Borough Council – hybrid RATE: £30-£40ph CONTRACT: Full time, 35 hours per week, 3 months rolling contract The Role of a Civil Lawyer To manage and progress caseloads relating to Housing Disrepair law Assist other members of the Civil Litigation team as and when required To provide legislative advice to other members of staff within the Litigation department The Person A qualified Solicitor, Lawyer, Legal Executive or Barrister with at least 2+ years of PQEPrevious experience of handling caseloads relating to Housing Disrepair law is essential Previous work within a local authority would be highly beneficial Benefits to the Civil Lawyer role Hybrid working Flexible hours If you or someone you know would be interested in applying to the Civil Lawyer vacancy, then please contact Hugh Barnes on 0177xyzxyz, or email also welcome referrals for this position, where a successful recommendation would be worth £250.
