Benefits of Being a Caregiver: Starting pay (for PCA, HHA, and NA) is $14-$17/hr, for CNAs $14.50-$18/hr 401k, with company match Medical, dental, vision, supplemental health plans for accident and injury Company paid virtual doctor visits/telehealth, after 1 year of employment Shift premiums for weekends and couple’s care, per visit flat rate available Flexible shifts - daytime, evening, overnights, weekends, live-in shifts available. Opportunity for advancement, as the business grows Yearly reviews, with performance bonuses Opportunities for voluntary overtime shifts Free training included At Home Caregiver Responsibilities: Able to interact with patients in multiple languages Provide non-medical assistance to seniors in their homes Provide mobility assistance, such as walking and transfers Monitor medication schedules and provide reminders Monitor fluid intake and output Personal care and hygiene assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation tasks Monitor patients overnight, assisting with mobility challenges and transfers Job Requirements: Must be 18 years or older to apply Experience working with dementia patients - a plus! Knowledge of Egyptian culture - a plus!
