DEPARTMENT TET JOB TITLE : Operations Manager SALARY: £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience LOCATION: Susinteraction / Kent / South West REPORTS TO: Head of Operations RESPONSIBLE FOR: Employment Consultants & Tutors LEVEL: Experienced As an Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of the AEB contract in your designated region. Reporting to our Head of Operations, you will manage this through the successful delivery of performance and building relationships with our key stakeholders to ensure a steady flow of referrals into our AEB-funded programmes as well as other regionally allocated contracts. You will play a hands-on role, working directly with our learners but also as a people manager, leading your team to become the best that they can be, whilst ensuring KPI’s are met, and revenue and performance targets are achieved across your areas of responsibility. Oversee the delivery of the contract in your designated area of responsibility, to meet KPIs and targets according to the contract/s profile. Assist in the creation of a course timetable for your region, ensuring that the contract profile can be met. Establish rapport and build a challenging and supportive relationship with stakeholders to build a pipeline of referrals for your contracts – this includes Local Authorities, Jobcentres, Provider networks, etc. Manage a team of staff to include Learner Engagement Consultants and Tutors to assist in managing a caseload of customers to ensure appropriate and effective contractual activity is undertaken by all customers according to their level of job readiness. Lead the team to ensure smooth and effective delivery of the contracts service to ensure that it is delivered to agreed time, budget, and quality parameters across all areas of the yearly funding cycle including Ensure that the quality of delivery through all courses is delivered to the highest standard, in line with OFSTED recommendations.
