WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL? Briefing and de-briefing drivers Preparing delivery paperwork and POD's Dealing with driver and customer queries over the phone and email Admin and reporting, using Excel, Quintech and Microlise Ensuring that the Transport Filing system is maintained WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
