We are looking for a Senior Director of Data Science to join the Data Science Team based in Reading. We have a team of 30+ Data Scientists in the UK and we continue to grow apace! This new role is responsible for leading a team of 10 Data Scientists working on a variety of client questions - analyzing and synthesizing large datasets, creating bespoke client reports or dashboards, and building bespoke algorithmic solutions or data ingests to empower our clients. #Fandom Is Our Jam We’re looking for someone who can: Provide leadership and guidance to a team of 10 data scientists, mentoring and developing team members to enhance the skills knowledge, and capabilities of this super smart and ambitious group. Collaborate with the sales team on approaches to new business opportunities. This would include scoping and pricing of projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company goals. Oversee the successful delivery of client projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement appropriate mitigations.
