PEPP Case Manager, Medical Services Clinician (OPSEU, Elgin) Full-Time, Contract (Ending January 1, 2024) St. Thomas, Ontario - Application Deadline: August 31, 2023 - The Canadian Mental Health Association Thames Valley Addiction and Mental Health Services contributes to an integrated mental health system through the provision of community-based mental health services. We seek to optimize mental well-being through advocacy, research, and support services and envision a supportive community where people achieve, manage, and celebrate mental well-being. We are accepting applications for (1) Full-Time, 4-month contract, PEPP Case Manager to provide client-centred, community-based Case Management services to individuals with severe mental illness participating in the Prevention and Early Intervention for Psychosis Program (PEPP) in St. Thomas and Elgin County. The position will involve individualized backssment and planning, direct treatment, monitoring and support, systems advocacy, and resource coordination.
