Project Manager From GBP 68 : GBP 72.33 per hr inside IR35 Hybrid Aldermaston 18: month contract We are seeking a Project Manager for our government client. This Project Manager role is hybrid, based between approx. 2 days per week onsite in Aldermaston for key meetings and work requirements, and 3 days a week working from home. Candidates will be expected to be flexible to attend for work needs. The Project Manager contract will be 18: months, paying between GBP68 : GBP72.33 per hr inside IR35. Security Clearance: Developed Vetting (DV Clearance) This role is inside IR35 : Due to the service of the role, it will now be based on an Umbrella solution. Role Profile/Responsibilities: Experienced PM with ability to bring multiple work streams together Strong stakeholder management skills Manage risk Familiarity with LFE Knowledge management Experience implementing change initiatives Public or private experience acceptable PM qualifications Manage projects with focus on Governance (compliance and reporting) Management of project resources (people, money) Lead the planning of the task/project Manage work as defined in the Work Authorisation Document (WAD) Lead, support, and initiate change against the Performance : Measurement Baseline (PMB) Lead, initiate and perform risk and opportunity identification and subsequent actions Deliver assigned projects in accordance with requirements, operational constraints, time, cost and quality Lead, coach and develop a team at a local level to deliver team and personal objectives safely and securely to meet our operational plans Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security, and quality and be a great team player If you are interested in the above role, please click and send a CV for immediate review.
