Position Overview With 12 branches spread across Alberta and British Columbia, we have become the largest DTNA Elite support-certified group of facilities in Canada. We are looking for a SALES COORDINATOR that will collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth integration of sales and marketing activities. Compensation Plan Competitive base wage Employer-paid technical training as required Paid Vacation Company-paid extended health coverage Basic life insurance, disability, and wellness programs Employer RRSP matching and shareholder program Primary Job Functions Make appointments internally and externally for sales units Administrative duties including incoming phone calls Enter customer and stock units from DTNA and post sales inventory invoices Generate and maintain inventory reports Work with sales staff to provide detailed information to customers Collaborate with marketing to maintain website for sales inventory Other duties as required Qualifications Superb computer skills including advanced skills in Microsoft Office Unwavering professionalism with strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify and evaluate potential challenges on a proactive basis Strong work ethic: strong organizational skills - demonstrated time management, ability to prioritize, multitask and maintain flexibility in a time sensitive environment Ability to work well autonomously and within a collaborative team-based environment Class 5 driver's license For more information about everything First Truck, please visit us at firsttruck. ca.
