Graduate Engineer (Sales / Applications / Customer Service) Holywell (near Chester) : Office Based A GBP 30,000 to A GBP 35,000 DOE + Performance Related Bonus + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Contributory Pension + Training and Progression 8:15am to 5pm 4 Days per Week, 8:15am to 1pm One Day Per Week (By Rota) Graduate Engineer required for an industry leading manufacturer looking to grow their existing sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding business who are currently experiencing 25 year on year sales growth. Working with global customers including automotive, green hydrogen and engineering industries, this is an ideal opportunity for candidates looking for a commercially focused role which can offer opportunities for quick career progression. The successful candidate will need to hold a degree (or equivalent) in a STEM related subject such as engineering, materials science, etc. as a technical understanding is essential for this role. Any additional commercial experience would be advantageous, however the company can provide full training on this as it is not an essential requirement. The successful Graduate Engineer will be joining an existing team of four and will play an integral role in managing inbound enquiries from customers. The company offer bespoke technical solutions, and you will play a key role in the selection and design of these. The Graduate Engineer Role: A Liaising directly with customers including quotations, follows ups and dealing with any queries A Select and design bespoke solutions for customers and for more complex problems, work with the internal engineering team A Generate quotations and follow: ups A Devise and report KPIs to monthly sales meetings A Research new technical markets A Full product related and commercial training The Graduate Engineer Candidate: A Hold a degree (or equivalent) in a STEM subject A Commercial experience advantageous but not essential.
