Sales Support GBP24,000 GBP26,000: per annum DOE 9am:6pm Mon: Fri Alternating Weekends with time off in lieu Our client based on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds is searching for a Positive and self: motivated sales support agent to join their successful and fast: growing company. The successful candidate will be personable, be full of personality and ideally have some experience in customer service or telesales. Main duties and responsibilities Receive outbound calls from potential customers, handling any questions or queries they may have regarding the product. Speak with potential customers over the phone listening to and acknowledging their needs and requirements Process orders and payments over the phone. Look for opportunities to upsell more products during calls, where possible.
