This property has +200 rooms elegantly decorated and 4 F&B outlets. If you have experience in the luxury/upscale hotel industry and have a passion for excellence and high cuisine, this might be for you Your Tasks: Controlling and directing the food preparation process and any other relative activities Develop and execute creative and innovative menus that align with the brand´s purpose Overseeing the team andfostering a positive and collaborative work environment Making schedules and motivating the team Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages Analyse the cost per dish and find ways to make it more efficient Train and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to enhance their culinary skills and professional growth Maintain records of payroll and attendance Monitor and analyze production metrics, such as food costs, portion control, and waste reduction, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
