We are currently recruiting for a Training Coordinator based at the Lutterworth sites. In this roleyou will be responsible for supporting the Operations Team with their training requirements. About the Role How you will contribute : Daily operational managing of the training requirements : Creation of training plans relating to new business, organisational needs, employee development : Course development/instructional design : Develop and maintain training material : Coordinate all training requests/needs within the Lutterworth sites : Report training progress : Evaluate training effectiveness : Correct/transparent registration of all training activities : Ensuring the implemented training process meets the organisations demands : Other duties as assigned.
