Part- Time Accounts Assistant Luminary ROLI is looking for a Part-time Accounts Assistant to join our vibrant and growing Finance Team for a 3 month fixed-term employment contract, with the possibility to extend. The role is offered on a part- time basis of three days per week. As our Accounts Assistant , you will help us manage a growing number of transactions each month, ensuring our receipts are accurately recorded and that bank accounts are reconciled regularly. This role will give you the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a high-growth environment. We are looking for a passionate individual with an eye for detail and the ability to quickly backss and improve existing processes. You will also ideally have experience within the hardware, software and/or technology sectors. We are also looking for the successful candidate to be resilient, discreet, and supportive in nature. What you’ll do: Record bank transactions Ensure that customer receipts are properly matched against outstanding invoices Customer deposit posting Post supplier invoices Carry out bank reconciliations within a timely manner Support the accounts receivable team to ensure the sales process runs smoothly Assist our Finance Manager and wider Finance Team with other finance tasks as needed What you’ll need: Proven success working within a finance team in a commercial environment Demonstrable experience recording accurate bank.
