Position: Food service supervisor Number of Positions:1 Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent Educational and Experience Requirements: - Completion of Secondary school is required AND- Either: a college certificate or diploma from a hospitality or related program that takes 1 to 2 years, orequivalent experience, or a combination of education and experience. Language Requirements: English Start date: ASAP Wage: $18.50 - $19.50 /hour (Depending on experience) Hours:30-40 hours per week Benefits:4% remuneration vacation pay, Tip Job Duties: - Supervise, co-ordinate and direct daily operations- Monitor and ensure food and service meet quality control standards, and feedback kitchen and counter staff when needed- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage- Ensure all care areas are clean and tidy- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, safety procedures, and food preparation- Address customers’ complains or concerns, and solve problems when needed Work Location: 3347 W 4th Avenue, Vancouver, BC V6R 1N6 Company information: Hitoe Enterprises Ltd.
