RESTAURANT ASSISTANT MANAGER Little Caesars Pizza, located at 2070 Sumas Way Abbotsford, BC V2S 4L4, is looking for 1 Restaurant Manager to join our team. The Restaurant Manager will perform the following duties: • Plans, organize and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant with the shift supervisors and food counter attendants. • Control food waste and ensure that food is handled according to our standards• Anticipate future needs for supplies and equipment. Ensure that all equipment is working properly and is in good repair. Coordinate equipment repairs/purchases. • Organize and supervise shifts and approved weekly schedules. • Identify recruitment needs, hire, and oversee training of new staff• Prepare supply orders and ensure that supplies are delivered on time. • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction• Identify the need for additional staff and coordinate with management promotion of current staff, advertise, screen, interview, and hire. • Respond efficiently to customer complaints• Performs other related duties as required These are the job requirements: • Completion of Secondary School education is required• Minimum 1 year of experience in the food sector including supervisory experience is required• Good command of English both written and oral• Ability to multitask and attention to detail• The right candidate will possess a high level of professionalism, strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills Wages are $27.00 per hour for 40 hrs. /week Apply via email to xyz X@.
