Tricity Lubricants Ltd. dba Mobil1 Lube located at 3020B ST. JOHN’S ST PORT MOODY, BC V3H 2C5 is looking for Retail Store Supervisor to join their team as soon as possible. Language: English Positions available: 1Job type: Permanent full time Salary: $22/hour Benefits: Relocation cost will be covered by Employer Duties :1. Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers2. Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules3. Authorize payments and the return of merchandise4. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages5. Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise6. Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters7. Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance8. Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage, and cleanliness9. May perform the same duties as workers supervised10. May perform key holding and managerial duties if required, such as opening and closing the store, managing escalated complaints, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries. Job Requirements: • Completion of secondary school is an asset. • 7 months to less than 1 year experience in related field is required.
