We are looking for multiple experienced Groundskeepers to maintain and beautify the grounds and buildings for our Laleham based client : You will be working within the North London area. Pay Rates: GBP11.53 per hour (Mon to Fri), GBP13.50 (Saturday), GBP18.00 (Sunday)Schedule: 0600AM START This is for an IMMEDIDATE start, so we are seeking individuals who are available to start as soon as this week. This role will be ongoing work and will be paid weekly (every Friday) Please note you will be driving a company van : to take home with you : for use of work purposes ONLY. You will be required to attend the Laleham depot once weekly to remove any waste / collect any additional equipment. Fuel card provided. Responsibilities Cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the building. Maintaining the appearance of the building and grounds. Assisting with maintaining grassland / hedges. Driving to job sites throughout the area. Communicating with management on any issues or concerns. Reporting to management on any issues or concerns that may arise from customers, employees, or contractors. Cleaning equipment on job sites. Experience: Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or similar position preferred.
