The home currently supports vulnerable children and young people who have emotional behavioural difficulties. Previous children’s residential experience is desired. My client has a fantastic reputation for nurturing staff and are an industry leader with their in-house training programmes and fully funded qualifications. We are looking for Residential Support Workers to work alongside a dedicated team supporting children/young people between ages of 8-18 years old in a residential home. This is a role where you will be working with one of the most reputable care providers in the area and will benefit from ongoing training and support to ensure you have everything you need to become successful in the role.
