Job details Location: Mc Donald’s Restaurant, 1021 Middleton Avenue, Brandon, MB, R7C 1A8 Salary: $15.38 hourly / 40 hours per Week Terms of employment: Permanent employment/ Full time Start date: Starts as soon as possible Vacancies: 8 vacancies Overview Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Work setting: Food service establishment / Restaurant Responsibilities Tasks: Establish methods to meet work schedules; Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food; Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures; Estimate and order ingredients and supplies; Ensure food service and quality control; Address customers' complaints or concerns; Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage; Prepare and submit reports; Supervise and check assembly of trays; Establish work schedules Supervision: 3-4 people / Food service counter attendants and food preparers Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment; Work under pressure; Standing for extended periods Personal suitability: Client focus; Efficient interpersonal skills; Excellent oral communication; Flexibility; Team player How to apply By email: .
