Thecompany is known for its heritage roots with many years experience, supported by the new design, quality and environmental concepts. Lazzoni is now opening its first store in Vancouver and is looking for Internal designers to work forthe company. Job Roles and Responsibilities The successful candidate will be working in the Vancouver store, providing the clients the customdesign concepts and effective usage of the products in the home environment. The successful candidate should both have skills and experience in company’s area of expertise. Duties And Skills- Work closely with the clients visiting the retail store to understand their needs andrequirements- Consult with clients to determine needs, preferences, purpose of space and furnitures- Develop detailed plans and models showing arrangement of walls, dividers, displays, lighting and other fixtures using computer-assisted design software and graphics software- Develop plans, elevations, cross sections and detailed drawings, and advise on selection ofcolours, finishes and materials, floor and wall coverings, window treatments, interior and exterior lighting, furniture and other items, taking into account ergonomic and occupational health standards- Estimate costs and materials required- Prepare plans and specifications for the final interior designs in accordance with current practices and codes- Being able to read blueprints, schemas and drawings- Create interior spaces that.
