Thakkar Hospitality BC-LM Inc. DBA Tim Hortons Restaurant located at Vancouver BC is looking for eight permanent, full-time Food Service Supervisors to join their team as soon as possible. Job Title: Food Service Supervisor Work Location: 5896 Fraser Street, Vancouver BC Canada V5W 2Z5 Wage: $18.50 per hour; 35 hours per week Number of positions: 8 Terms of Employment: Full-time and Permanent Start Date: As soon as possible Job Duties: -Supervises team members to ensure primary and secondary duties are completed-Provides ongoing, specific direction to team members-Schedule shifts for staff members like team leaders, counter attendants-Maintain adequate level of inventory and minimize stock wastage. -Provide training to new employees-Responds to guest service complaints in a timely manner and resolve them-Perform same duties as workers supervised. -Must be available to work for any shifts (morning, afternoon, evening and night) including weekends and holidays-Assists the Restaurant Manager in driving sales and transactions during their shift-Ensures health and safety policies are followed during the shift including documentation and reporting of any work related injuries or accidents-Encourages an exciting and fun work environment while motivating team members to meet goals-Leads by example and demonstrates the importance of treating every team member and guest with respect-Works in compliance with the occupational health and safety legislation-Complies with and enforces all Tim Hortons operating standards Job Requirements/Skills: -Completion of high school is required-Knowledge of English language is required-Minimum of one year of work experience required in a similar field. -Must be prepared to work under pressure How to Apply: Please send your resumes by email to xyz X@.
