Job title: Retail Butcher No. of vacancies: 4 Work Location: 2825 Highway 33, Westbridge, BC V0H 2B0 Canada Wages: $19.00 per hour Job type: Full time (35 hours per week) Start Date: As soon as possible Job duties: Remove bones from meat Prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products Prepare special orders Cut poultry into parts Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat Cut carcasses, sides and quarters Clean and prepare fish and shellfish Job Requirements: • Completion of high school education is required. • Must have basic knowledge of English language. • Minimum one year of previous work experience in a similar field is required.
