Job details Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time 35- 40 hours /week. Employment conditions: Day, Early Morning, Evening, Morning, Weekend. Start date: As soon as possible. Languages: English Education: No degree, certificate or diploma Experience: Will train Work setting: Relocation costs covered by employer Tasks Load, unload and transport construction materials. Mix, pour and spread materials. Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs. Level earth to fi ne grade specifications. Clean and pile salvaged materials. Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites. Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction. Direct traffic at or near construction sites. Read and interpret blueprints. Experience and specialization Construction specialization: Driveways Industrial, commercial and institutional Residential Sidewalks and curbs Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment Physically demanding Manual dexterity Repetitive tasks Handling heavy loads Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs) Personal suitability: Client focus Efficient interpersonal skills Flexibility Reliability Team player Benefits: Financial benefits: Group insurance benefits Other benefits: Free parking available.
