Location: Walton Summit - Oak House Employment type: Permanent & Full-time Hours Per Week: 36.25Role We are looking for an experienced Solicitor to join our Wills, Probate, Tax and Trusts Team. This is a full time role working 36.25 hours per week, Monday - Friday, based at our Walton Summit Office with the option for hybrid working available. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor to progress their career and a join a collaborative and professional team. Whilst the role will be working to the fast-pace, customer focus and high standards of a law firm, the role will also provide a sustainable work-life balance and relate to the regional area in which it is based. The role will be responsible for delivering successful outcomes such as: working alongside other solicitors, partners, and paralegals; developing relationships with clients and third-party professionals and referrers such as accountants, IFAs etc; dealing with a mix of Private Client Case Work, i. e. Probate, Administration of Estates, Wills, IHT Planning Advice, General Estate Planning , trusts drafting and administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection; handling their own case load; using the Firm's case management systems.
