Core values of Trust, Autonomy, Craftsmanship, Collaboration and Learn Fast help drive our innovative culture About the role: Working on the Technical Leadership team consisting of People Partners with Talent Acquisition, you will build on the existing data warehouse and dashboards and design the future analytics roadmap for the people function. Leading a five-person team you will continue to build the analytics products, capabilities and platform that inform and backss our people decisions. Through your close partnership with the Listening, Culture, Engagement and DEI team, as well as People Operations, Total Rewards, Finance and the broader Technology organisation, you will transform the way the People Team uses analytics What we're looking for: Experience with working in the HRIS, People Analytics, Data Science, BI or related field Experience leading teams of Data Engineers and Analystinteractionperience with workforce data analysis, people metrics, and an understanding of people practices and processes A track record of designing scalable data and visualization solutions with internal or external teams (Google Big Query, Looker, Tableau etc)The ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations, as well as coach team members to develop these skills Familiarity with predictive.
