New Business Manager – Central London £45,000 New Business Manager Location: London Salary: £45,000 COREcruitment is working with a luxury high end co-working company based in London. They are looking for a New Business Manager will be responsible for leasing office spaces within the portfolio. They will be responsible for increasing revenues to achieve sales targets as set. Key Responsibilities • To maximise occupancy and rent levels at centre level. • To directly target key sectors e. g. Financial Services to identify and win new Private Offices and Coworking and Lounge business• To efficiently use our database to proactively call for more leads and viewings. • Maintain and develop relationships with brokers and agents. • To accompany all office viewings then offer and negotiate contracts. • Ensure proposals are sent out within 24 hours. • To ensure all proposals are followed up within 48 hours. • To update the CRM with opportunity life cycle details and status• Work closely with centre managers to ensure tight co-ordination and total customer satisfaction. • Work closely with the Business Centre Managers and the Business Centre Teams to maximise every sales opportunity and ensure a smooth handover from Sales to Operations. • Provide feedback on market trends, competition and product performance expectations. Key Experience • Experience within in a similar business environment i. e. serviced offices desirable. • Experience in customer service from a 5-star environment desirable. • Graduate calibre or person with similar background in Sales desirable. • Proven track record in business to business, customer focused sales environment. • Ability to demonstrate passion for delivering a quality-orientated customer service. • Excellent time management, prioritising and multitasking skills. • Demonstrate the ability to anticipate the unexpressed needs of a customer. • Team player, high levels of creativity, energy and resolve. • Self-starter,.
