Ability to improve the existing processes to increase quality and efficiency while reducing friction for our customers. Responsibilities • Ensure excellent customer experience and invoice accuracy for all pricing configurations • Work with IT to understand functionality, when it’s unfamiliar to ensure full understanding of the program being delivered to production • Deliver continuous improvements on end-to-end process for all Pricing and Billing configurations • Take full ownership and accountability for billing issues related to V21/SGI/Maestro • Engage in Problem Solving with PBS Managers to continue to improve performance measures • Review targets with Manager on a regular basis • Hybrid work environment. Selected candidate will be required to be in the office for multiple days during the work week. Requirements and skills • Knowledge using Billing systems in V21 is a MUST.
