Senior National Account Manager North West London Up to £50,000 DOEHybrid working - 3 days in and 2 days from home Simpson Judge are working in partnership with a long-standing client in the Beauty industry who are looking to recruit a Senior National Account Manager to join their team, based in North West London! The ideal candidate will have a true passion for the beauty industry, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be dedicated to nurturing long-lasting relationships with valued clients. You will ensure to manage and meet clients expectations as well as consistently provide exceptional customer service and experience! Please note, for this role, you must have experience in the beauty/cosmetics industry. Your application will not be considered if you don't have this experience! Key Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals• Managing a team of three Account Executives, motivating the team and driving the business forward• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction• Analyse sales data and identify growth opportunities, generate reports on client engagement and satisfaction metrics• Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's beauty products and services• Gather and analyse client feedback to gain insights into customer preferences and areas to improve on Acting as a true brand ambassador, and the go-between between the brand and its customers Key Requirements: • Experience in a similar role is essential, within the beauty industry• Experience managing, leading and motivating a team• An interest in the beauty industry• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
