The role of the HR Generalist is to perform a varied range of duties, including but not limited to payroll and benefits administration, recruitment, HR policies and procedures, training, and employee relations across Europe and Asia. Providing excellent external and internal customer service through effective and timely communication with all employees, potential employees, agencies, managers, and directors Our Role. Recruitment and Selection : Preparation of job descriptions, job requisitions, role profiles, job advertisements, conducting interviews, and reference checks.Advertise roles on various job boards across each region, and liaise with recruitment agencies when required.Shortlist and review applications for interviews: Perform administrative processes relating to recruitment, for example, screen CV's using the online recruitment module within the HR system, schedule interviews with hiring managers, sit on interview panels and administer testing. On: boarding and Leaver Administration : Administer the process for new employees, for example, send offer letters, and employment contracts, and process all pre: employment checks.Conduct orientation meetings with new employees and liaise with Line Manager's to ensure they are aware of their responsibility in the orientation process.Support new hires with the automated onboarding process using HR Systems: Oversee the probationary process through the HR System, ensuring Managers know when review meetings Employee Relations : Provide day: to: day advice to Line Managers and Employees on general HR: related queries, coaching management and employees on policy and procedures, and escalating complex issues to the HR Manager.Lead formal meetings, such as employee disciplinary and grievances undertaking such tasks as may be required, up to and including dismissals.
