Paw Palace Dog Grooming is looking for a Full-time Sales Supervisor Employer: Paw Palace Dog Grooming Job title: Sales Supervisor Job type: Full-time, Permanent Job Location: 4051 Macdonald St. Vancouver, BC V6L 2N8Wage: $22.5CAD per hour, 30 – 40 hours per week Benefit: 10 days paid vacation or 4% gross salary Vacancy: 1Job Duties: Hiring and training new groomers. Researching new products and grooming tools, maintain records of products. Handling with employee mishaps, conflict…ect. Ensuring pet styling and grooming jobs to maintain a high quality of service. Perform Hands on Pet (HOP) backssment on all pets to recommend services and build trust with the petparents. Accommodate clients’ special requests and meeting needs for specific breeds while ensuring all hiredgroomers follow the same standards. Solving issues quickly and calmly. Ensure the safety and well-being of every pet and associate in the store, taking immediate action whenevernecessary. Communicate with clients about their feedback on the services; identify individual client needs and reportto the owners. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Completion of Bachelor's degree education (in related field is preferred). Three year or more experience in a medical or veterinary setting, veterinary or veterinary assistant is ideal. Preference given to having experience in a customer service role. Pet lover is preferred. Excellent oral communication and written skill. Strong ability to multitask. Patient and proactive.
