We are currently looking for two experienced Retail Support Managers to join our Retail team. As one of our Retail Support Managers, you will provide support to our Retail teams across Yorkshire, providing management cover at locations as required by the charity currently including (but not limited to): Knaresborough Shop, Northallerton Shop, Leeds Shop, Pickering Shop, Ripon Shop, Harrogate Shop, Donation Centre in Harrogate and subsequent locations as the charity grows. This is an exciting time to join the charity as we are currently embarking on a Retail expansion programme, with plans in place to open a further 10-15 shops across Yorkshire over the next three years. Our Retail Support Managers will play a key role in new store openings, working closely with the Retail Development Manager and Retail Area Manager. You must have experience in managing people and/or volunteers to deliver outstanding customer service and experience in meeting and exceeding targets within a retail environment. A full UK driving licence, access to own vehicle and the ability to travel around the Yorkshire region is essential for this role. You will be eligible to claim travel expenses for travel to each location in line with our Reimbursement of Expenses Policy.
