Our leadership in the Ontario road and highway maintenance industry is based on our commitment to continuous improvement through education, innovation, safety, and training. As a Winter Clerk, You Will: Timely and accurate completion of winter documentation including driver timesheets Monitoring of Winter Plow Units on GPS as required Assist in dispatching winter works units and monitoring radio to answer driver calls during winter operations to ensure compliance Coordination and filing of paperwork and reports Assisting Patrol Supervisor with documentation, as required Other general office and administrative duties as assigned What You'll Bring: Construction/highway maintenance experience an asset Previous experience in the administration or clerical field is an asset Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Willingness to learn Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision Ability to work various shifts based on winter weather. Ability to be on-site in the dispatch office during winter events.
