Warehouse Trainer Up to A GBP 30,000 DOE Teynham with Flexibility across all sites Monday to Friday 8:00:17:00 Benefits: 28 days holiday Free parking Pension scheme Referral scheme + More Key Responsibilities: Strategically plan training sessions to meet crucial deadlines Develop a deep understanding of Warehouse equipment to facilitate effective training delivery Collaborate with supervisors/managers to backss employee competence and raise concerns as needed Ensure timely delivery of refresher training according to the training plan Design and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other essential training materials Maintain compliance with technical and safety standards in all training design and delivery Maintain legally compliant training records for Material Handling Equipment (MHE) users Monitor adherence to procedures, providing re: training or escalating issues to management Uphold Health and Safety policies and regulations, challenging non: compliance when necessary Support colleagues as needed and maintain a harmonious and courteous demeanour Qualifications and Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills Punctuality and professionalism Preferably 2 years of training experience Manual Handling Train the Trainer certification Level 3 qualification in Education and Training (Desirable) Westin Par values diversity and promotes equality.
